Melissa Beauduy is a hospitality veteran with over ten years experience in the hospitality industry. Specializing in guest relations, event planning and both F.O.H/B.O.H operations. Melissa earned her Culinary Management Diploma from the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City.

Prior to her enrollment at I.C.E, she spent many years working in the culinary industry. Learning the ins and out of various positions lead her to her true passion…Making people HAPPY.
